{"id":1108,"date":"2015-12-29T17:26:34","date_gmt":"2017-02-02T17:29:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.puigciutat.com\/?p=1108"},"modified":"2017-03-02T12:59:05","modified_gmt":"2017-03-02T11:59:05","slug":"city-wall-buildings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.puigciutat.com\/en\/city-wall-buildings\/","title":{"rendered":"City Wall Buildings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Magnetic surveying showed evidence of an urban layout in the north-east of the site and important signs of combustion, which could have been from fireplaces or they could have been traces of a possible fire.<\/p>\n<p>The excavations confirmed the presence of archaeological materials and structures from the settlement\u2019s three occupation phases, going from the Late Bronze\/Early Iron Age (mid-9th \u2013 7th centuries BC) to the Late Roman Republican Period (mid-1st century BC).<\/p>\n<p>Five dwelling spaces and a street from the last phase were found built onto the north-eastern section of the wall.
